With a bachelors’ degree from the University of Maryland in Computer Science and Business Administration, Mr. Mizukami works with other IAC departments to develop client relationships and target specific needs. Mr. Mizukami speaks fluent Japanese and English and is also providing computer expertise to various IAC development bank projects that involve Management Information Systems (MIS).
