Mr. Nakao received his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Nuclear
Engineering from the Osaka University in Japan. For over 30 years,
Mr. Nakao served at Hitachi's Nuclear Systems Division as a manager,
deputy general manager, director, and more recently as a technical
advisor. He is especially conversant in issues concerning the Canadian
and Chinese nuclear market, where he handled numerous contracts
for Hitachi, Ltd. Additionally, Mr. Nakao has served as President
of the BWR Operator Training Center Corporation.
