Mr. Bowman joined IAC as a Research Project Manager. He holds a Master’s of Public Policy (MPP) graduate degree from George Mason University, where he concentrated in transportation and public budgeting. Previously, Mr. Bowman worked as part of the Critical Infrastructure Working Group at George Mason University. The Group focused on public perceptions of network vulnerabilities as they pertain to homeland security and natural disasters. Mr. Bowman researched reliability of the telecommunications network and electrical power grid in the United States. Mr. Bowman has a quantitative background, which includes research in the financial industry. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance, and a minor in Economics, from Iowa State University. Marcus is a member of the Association for Public Policy Analysis and Management (APPAM).
