Employment
As a small, specialized company, we do not encourage random employment inquiries, since our business is structured to address very specific client requests. However, as available, we will post any open position on this page. Additionally, if you are responding to an IAC ad placed in a local newspaper or online, you will benefit from the following information about working with IAC:

We are a creative “niche” company that thrives on strong entrepreneurial ideas and energy. While our primary clientele is Japanese, the administration of the company is based in the U.S. and our employee management practices embrace the best international, professional standards. Most of our employees are broadly international: many are fluent in a second language and, over the years, employees have been drawn from personal or business backgrounds in countries such as India, Australia, Brazil, Germany, Poland, Sri Lanka, Korea, Columbia and, of course, Japan. Regardless of background, however, they all share a native-level fluency in English and very polished verbal and writing skills.
Even entry-level positions can serve as a platform for future ambitions within IAC. We always try to promote from within: a number of current senior employees came in at more junior levels and have advanced quickly based on excellent performance. As the company continues to grow, most positions can grow. In addition, because our clients come primarily from the sectors considered to be the elite of Japan, you will be working at a prestigious level and can develop a broad network among these executives. You will have a lot of client contact and will learn about the famous “Japanese business model” from the inside.
Visibility is one of the most important factors in career growth. At IAC, you are completely visible to the top: there aren’t 3-4 layers of managers interpreting your work to their bosses. The owner deals with you directly every day and makes his own judgments about your capabilities. If you’re not good at your job, it’s visible immediately but, if you are good at your job, it’s also immediately visible to the owner—and he’s the one who controls salary and opportunities for advancement. If you are capable of producing consistent excellence, this visibility will account for the most lucrative and rewarding aspect of your employment with IAC.
