Whenever Antivirus definition files are not updated, IAC will first notify users, force-update the definition files, or perform on-side update as needed
Virus removal when infected

Case 1:
If a monitored PC is infected because of IAC’s monitoring failure, IAC will remove and fix the system at no charge (IAC cannot be responsible for any data lost)

Case 2:
If an antivirus definition file could not be updated because of installed antivirus software malfunctioning, IAC will update the antivirus definition file on-site at no charge

Case 3:
If a monitored PC is infected with viruses and/or worms which cannot be identified by the installed antivirus software, IAC will remove virus and/or worms as removal tools are available and fix the infected PC at regular charge (please refer to Helpdesk/Network Troubleshooting for the rate)
